Synopsis
SIA Development Control Sub-Committee, in collaboration with URA Conservation Planning Department, is organising a webinar to share common issues faced in conserved buildings during plan submissions and TOP/CSC Clearance as well as how practitioners like you can help to manage and improve the quality of plan presentations to minimise reiterations and in turn, ease processing work. URA will also share on useful references for restoration of conserved buildings.

- The Webinar join link and password will be sent via email 1 day before the session. Please look out for the email from no-reply@zoom.us.
- The Webinar will be opened for registered participants to enter 15 minutes before the session.
- The Webinar will be locked 10 minutes after session begins.

Speaker
Tan Huey Jiun
Ms Tan Huey Jiun is the Director of Conservation Planning Department of URA. She joined URA in 2001 after graduating with a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Manchester. She has experience in urban design and planning, and plays an active role in the conservation of Singapore’s built heritage.
Today, her team in Conservation Planning Department carries out conservation studies and oversees the planning and regulatory framework of more than 7,000 conserved buildings in Singapore. The Department formulates guidelines and grants approvals for restoration and renovation works to conserved buildings.
