Synopsis

On 16 April 2019, SIA held a seminar to discuss scope and fees, and what we can do to help ourselves. We introduced the fraternity to the SIA Scope of Service Matrix and also launched the SIA-Deltek Clarity Survey which was to be conducted with the support of the Board of Architects.

The objectives of the Survey were to:
• Better understand the landscape of practice
• Identify or verify issues / problems that affect the business viability of the profession
• Use the data to substantiate SIA’s Industry Transformation Map (ITM) Work Plan initiatives
• Use the data to inform our discussions with policy makers

The Survey is now concluded.

This webinar will briefly cover the outcome of the Survey, and how the SIA Practice Management Framework and SIA Fee Calculator can be used to address some of the issues evident from the survey.

Who should attend: Owners of architectural practices, senior management and anyone interested in the viability of the profession.
