Synopsis
CORENET X New runs for 2024!
CORENET X launched at the end of 2023. Don’t be too late for it! Signups are open for CORENET X Run 10 of 2024, which will be held on 9 January. We invite you to dive deep into a time of learning and discussions together with the CORENET X trainers who are also practicing registered architects.
To support the streamlining of the regulatory approval workflow across multiple agencies for all the new building works in the Built Environment Sector, CORENET X progressively rolled out from the end of 2023 onwards.
CORENET X will facilitate upfront planning and design to enable project teams to better collaborate synergistically, for a coordinated BIM submission to regulatory agencies. These agencies will then review and provide a consolidated response.
The course aims to provide participants with CORENET X knowledge pertaining to:
- new regulatory approval workflow and associated requirements
- rationale and benefits to the industry at large
- implementation timeline
Participants will also be engaged with case studies to better illustrate CORENET X submission requirements for different types of developments.

This course will be conducted by CORENET X Trainers from SIA.
