Synopsis
Smooth people flow creates a frictionless workplace – In today’s world, we all expect smooth user experiences. To meet this demand, buildings need to be functional, easy to navigate and adaptable – buildings and cities need good People Flow.
Enabling this takes a combination of data and insight to understand people’s intuitive movement and then transfer that knowledge into design. Through KONE’s People Flow Planning and Consulting, gain an understanding of the analytical approach to ensuring good building performance that enables a smooth user experience.
Ecosystem driven value creation for smarter buildings – New technologies open up lots of new opportunities for smart buildings. However, new technology alone is not enough, but also new operational models are needed.
Ecosystems enable efficient new value creation in increasingly digitized world. This presentation describes how ecosystem approach can be applied into smart building context to create improved user experiences and to achieve future-proof buildings.

Jutta Sellin
Project Manager, People Flow Consulting

Jutta is an experienced Project Manager, with an international professional background in design management, interior architecture, and urban design. Jutta is part of the KONE People Flow Consulting team and is responsible for delivering our most challenging projects across KONE’s global client base.
Jutta holds a Masters degree in interior architecture from Aalto University and an MBA from Hanken School of Economics.
Jukka Salmikuukka
Head of Partner Ecosystem Business Development
KONE Corporation
Jukka has worked over 16 years for KONE in various roles in service development, R&D and business development areas. In his current role he is responsible for KONE’s partner ecosystem business development globally.
