The presentation focus on the 2019 edition of the COPSSW that incorporated changes/updates made over the years to address new technical issues faced by the industry after feedback from the public.

PUB BIM e-Checker Portal – Towards Zero Submission
The Building Information Model (BIM) e-Checker – an online self-service portal which enables Qualified Persons (QPs), such as architects and engineers, to self-check their design for compliance with PUB’s Code of Practices before making a formal submission in CORENET.
Important:
- The Webinar join link and password will be sent via email latest 1 hour before the session for last minute sign ups.
- The Webinar will be opened for registered participants to enter 30 minutes before the session.
- The Webinar will be locked 10 minutes after session begins.

Speakers
Mr Muhd Razis Rahim, PUB
Mr Muhd Razis is a Senior Engineer with the Water Reclamation Network (WRN) in PUB. His current portfolios include review of the COPSSW, evaluate consultations and submissions for deviation from COPSSW and provide technical requirements to stakeholders.
Mr Low Yang You, PUB
Mr Low Yang You is an Engineer in PUB’s Building Plan Unit. He is in charge of processing of Development Control and Detailed Plan submissions for sewerage and sanitary matters. On top of that, he is currently involved in the development of PUB’s automated BIM Compliance Checker project to value add to the industry for building plan processing.
