Synopsis
The contract sum of waterproofing system in a project despite small in portion in the whole Contract, it carries the highest impact to the ultimate success of the project. A good waterproofing system helps Developers to maximize their investment in various aspects. It also helps Consultants to save on their design time, they are spared to design with conventional complicated and yet not effective detailing. Obviously, Contractors can enjoy handsome time and cost saving during construction as well. The employment of an effective and good waterproofing system is crucial.
