Synopsis

Mr Eugene Ang, Cemseal Singapore
With over 20 years of experience in the built environment in Singapore and Asia, Eugene has acquired vast knowledge in project specification with focus on waterproofing and drainage systems. He currently helms Cemseal Singapore, a supplier of construction chemicals in waterproofing, drainage, floor coating, floor polishing and dry-mix.

Mr Chua Tai Kee, Micro Builders Association Singapore (MBAS)
Mr Chua is with Micro Builders Association Singapore as consultant for the BuildTrust®️ Project since 2022. Mr Chua has extensive experience in the field of construction quality management including more than 10 years in private construction firms and more than 9 years as a BCA CONQUAS Assessor. Mr Chua has completed multiple projects with high CONQUAS score such as The Sail and 368 Thomson.

Mr Wong Chung Wan, Director, MAEK Consulting Pte Ltd
Mr. Wong has more than 30 years of experience in Building Pathology and Diagnosis, and as a Materials Consultant in in Conservation and Restoration of Historic Buildings and Monuments. He has investigated immense numbers of building related failures and defects such as debonding of tiling works, water seepage, shattering and cracking of glass, defects of stone, deterioration of timber, failure of paint and coating, failure of flooring, corrosion, indoor air quality etc. Amongst the conservation and restoration projects that Mr. Wong has been involved in recently are the National Art Gallery (former Supreme Court and City Hall), Victoria Theatre and Victoria Concert Hall, Capitol Theatre, Stamford House, Cathedral of Good Shepherd, Myanmar Railway Building and CHIJMES. In the course of his works, Mr. Wong has employed a variety of state of the art techniques from petrography to various microscopic technique and diverse cutting edge non-destructive tests including thermography, radar, pulse echo and microwave tomography. His works has spanned across Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar and India.
